Can I exchange something on my order if it doesn’t fit? All sales are final—returns are not an option due to the custom decoration. 

I received my order, but something is wrong with the items. What should I do? Please email support.holidayheroes@npn360.com with your order confirmation number handy and we’ll do our best to get your problem taken care of. 

How long will shipping take? That depends. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. Please allow up to one additional week for delivery.

I made a mistake and I need to cancel my order. What should I do? Send us an email to support.holidayheroes@npn360.com and we will do our best to cancel it for you.
